I headed to West Hollywood’s The Roof at EDITION to try a limited-time only launch of the Black Widow cocktail in celebration of Dia de los Muertos and Halloween.
Not only was I able to take in the gorgeous rooftop view, but I also enjoyed dishes from Michelin-Starred Chef John Fraser and his interpretation of southern California Mexican cuisine.
Take a look at the delicious dishes I tried, including the special Black Widow, a blood-red Casamigos Blanco tequila-based drink featuring muddled blackberries, blackcurrant purée, agave, Curaçao, and lime, garnished with a mouthwatering black sugar.

- Entrees: Prawns a la Plancha with an Arepa with Mexican Tartare Sauce, Pork al Pastor Tacos 🌮, Cauliflower en Nogada, The Lomo Saltado with Peruvian green sauce
- Dessert: Churros with Mexican Chocolate
