Some family who live abroad came to visit for a bit, and I had a chance to meet them for dinner during the week. We initially planned to head to Michael’s Pizzeria, but ever since their Zagat article, it has been just too packed. Since the wait was so long, we decided to head to Kpasta!
I was last there almost a year ago, and it was just as good this time!
I think I could make a meal of this!
Tomato sauce, cheese, fresh, tomatoes, basil, oregano, extra virgin olive oil.
My dad was still in the mood for a Margherita Pizza, so he ordered this one. This is one of those hard-to-find crusts between Neapolitan and Deep Dish thickness, but is not too bready. Great!
My cousin ordered this delicious dish. I just love how the colors are of the Italian flag!
It was also pretty great, but I prefer my lasagna to be either vegetarian or with shredded veal rather than ground beef.
Even the classics are done right! My photos were pretty terrible, so I just minimized them. However, the pasta itself was great!
This was my dish and it was so, so delicious! I hate to mention that I ate the entire thing, but it really was that great. I have been impressed with each new dish I have tried there. Molto bene!
