I met with my friend after my night class and even though it was late at night, we grabbed a little to eat at a nearby restaurant I had heard of called Amor Y Tacos!  Coincidentally, she was there last week for a friend’s birthday, but I was dying to try it out.  Normally, we order as many dishes as we can, so we can try a bit of everything…but it was almost 10pm so we just had a late night snack!  Yum!

It is situated in basically a mini mall.  No frills on the outside, but pretty nice inside!

The menu is pretty awesome!  Next time, I can’t wait to try the Amor Chile Relleno Burger, so I’ll make sure to be hungry when I come back.  🙂  Also, I will definitely have to bring my man along.  It sounds like everything is right up his alley.

Check out some of the fun bar area, plus some nifty art pieces.  I just love the ceiling and the light fixtures.  Definitely a mix of modern and traditional Mexican!

I love that in the description of the dish it says “yes, Doritos.”  How funny is that, because I was thinking the same thing!  It was insanely addicting and even though I thought I just needed a snack, I finished nearly the whole thing!

Just like the traditional flavoring, but the corn is such good quality and much sweeter than what you find on the street.

Overall, I can’t wait to come back.  It was like a tasty little appetizer for a nice big meal that I hope we can have soon.
