Our initial plans for Valentine’s Day dinner were on hold because I was feeling sick. However, at the last moment, I decided to suck it up and have a no-stress dinner with my guy.
We decided to head to ARC Food & Libations for the second time, and it was great!
It was dark, but I wanted to snap a few pictures of the heart garlands they used to decorate for Valentine’s Day. Cute!

My guy ordered this drink called Cigarettes and Coffee. They infuse tobacco into the drink, which covers the cigarettes part of the drink. 🙂 Also, you will notice that there is a very limited description of the dishes, so we had to ask lots of questions to figure out what we wanted to order!
By the way, we sat at the bar, which is made of a beautiful wood.
That meant that we were sitting right across from the kitchen.
I love how they used books and old seltzer bottles to decorate. 🙂
Now, let’s get back to the food!
farm. fire.
This was a delicious vegetable dish layered with zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, and served in a cast-iron skillet. I love how they serve the dishes!
Here is a quick photo that I took of the casserole on my plate. It tasted exactly like a lasagna without the noodles. Definitely my favorite of the night!
brussels. lemon.
Can you say char on those Brussels sprouts? I should have taken a better picture of the duck breast, but I was hungry and ready to dig in!
beans. maple.
Since I’m a non-pork eater, my guy had this all to himself and he practically finished the whole thing himself! He kept telling me that it was his definitely in his top pork dishes of all time. That’s an endorsement for sure!
We didn’t have dessert, but this was such a great spread that we had more than enough to take home. Yum!
